REIVUM — website with a case enquiry form

A website for a claims services brand. Clearly separated services help visitors identify their case type and move to an enquiry.

Challenge

Visitors to a services website may not know the technical name for their problem. REIVUM needed a site that organises its services around customer situations, explains its approach and leads to contact. Clear information needed to sit alongside a visual identity suited to property and financial matters.

Solution

We built a presentation around three main areas: utility easements, foreign-currency loans and the free-credit sanction. Service cards lead to dedicated pages, while the homepage presents work stages, the team and legal cooperation. A dark background, gold accents and large typography create a consistent brand presentation.

Implementation

We structured the journey from identifying a case type through understanding the process to the enquiry form. The form provides contact fields, a case category selection and space for documents, with required fields clearly marked. Calls to action at relevant points make starting an enquiry straightforward. The mobile layout retains the same content structure and a collapsible service menu.

Project effect

  • Services grouped around customer situations
  • A clear path from services to a case enquiry
  • A consistent brand identity on desktop and mobile
  • Process and team introduced before the initial enquiry
