PixelShark Support app security center
Information for customers and partners on security, incident reporting and data protection.
How we care for safety
We design applications with an emphasis on access control, privilege minimization, secure data processing, dependency updates and monitoring of critical infrastructure elements.
In maintenance projects, we use backup copies, environment segmentation and incident response procedures tailored to the nature of the system.
- Incident reports handled with priority
- Critical dependencies and CMS updates
- Backup and recovery procedures
- Access audit and basic documentation of changes
Need to report a problem?
Go to the contact form and describe your system, URL, impact of the issue and steps to reproduce it.
What applications do we accept?
The Security Center includes applications, sites, systems and integrations maintained or developed by PixelShark. We accept reports regarding configuration errors, form vulnerabilities, permissions problems, incorrect data exposure, suspicious activity and critical failures affecting the availability of services.
We classify each report according to its impact on the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the system. This allows us to distinguish a cosmetic problem from an incident requiring immediate response.
What should the report contain?
- The URL of the affected application or environment
- A description of the impact on users, data, or a business process
- Steps to reproduce the error, screenshots or logs
- Information whether the issue is being actively exploited
Responsible disclosure
Please do not post details of the vulnerability before contacting the PixelShark team. This allows you to secure the system, inform the application owner and prepare a patch without increasing the risk to end users.
