Personal data we process
Through the contact form we process your name, email address, subject and message. If supplied voluntarily, we also process company name, telephone number, Polish tax identifier and attachments. When the form is submitted, we record the page address, referral source, IP address and browser identifier. If you previously granted analytics consent, we may also attach the first referral source, up to 25 visited pages, session and page duration, campaign parameters, general IP-derived location (country, region and city), device type, browser, language, time zone, screen dimensions and connection characteristics. We do not use GPS or collect precise device location.

Email signature generator and logo storage
Contact details entered in the email signature generator and the generated HTML code are processed locally in the browser and are not stored by PixelShark. If a user selects a logo file for upload, only that image is sent to the server and stored under a public, random HTTPS address. This is required to keep the logo visible after the signature is installed in an email client and in sent messages.
An uploaded logo is retained while the generated signature is in use, until we receive a deletion request or stop providing this feature. The address is difficult to guess, but the file is public and can be downloaded by anyone who has the link. Do not upload confidential materials or files that you do not have the right to use. Send deletion requests to the controller and include the full file URL.
Whether providing data is mandatory
Your name, email address, subject and message are required to submit the form. Without them, we cannot respond. Company name, telephone number, Polish tax identifier and attachments are optional. Analytics consent and the separate email-marketing opt-in are optional, unticked by default and do not affect your ability to submit an enquiry or receive a proposal. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by contacting the controller; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses local storage and cookies necessary for the website to operate. We only use analytical and marketing technologies after your voluntary consent. Lack of consent or its withdrawal does not limit access to the website content.

We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2. Before selecting user settings analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization are set to “denied”, and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags are not loaded. The local visit journey also starts being recorded only after analytics consent; if consent is rejected or withdrawn, current-session data is deleted. After a choice is made, we send the corresponding consent signal.
Management and withdrawal of consent
Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the footer or the settings icon in the lower left corner of the page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. After 180 days, or after a material change to this policy, we will ask you to choose again.
Third Party Providers and Data Transfer
Data may be processed by providers of hosting, email, CRM, form protection, IT support and analytics tools, solely under a contract or another legal basis. Google Ireland Limited may use infrastructure outside the European Economic Area. Depending on the service, transfers rely on an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or Standard Contractual Clauses. Information about the safeguards used, or a copy of them, can be obtained by contacting the controller.
Data sources and recipients
We receive data directly from you, from the device used to submit the form and, where a Polish tax identifier is provided, from public business registers. Recipients may include authorised employees and contractors, hosting, CRM, email and cybersecurity providers, Google Ireland Limited, and legal or accounting advisers where necessary. We do not sell personal data.
Profiling and automated decisions
We do not make decisions about users that produce legal effects solely by automated means. Analytics and advertising data may be used to create statistics or audience groups, but only after the relevant consent has been given.
User rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, or restriction of processing. The right to data portability applies to data processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Changes to this document
We update this policy when website functions, providers or applicable law change. A material change affecting optional technologies will cause the cookie choice to be displayed again.
