Scope of processed data
We process data provided in contact forms, including name and surname, company details, e-mail address, telephone number, Tax Identification Number, message content and attachments. Additionally, we save basic technical information needed to handle the query and analyze the quality of the website: IP address, approximate location based on IP, input source, visited subpages, visit time, device and screen resolution.
Email signature generator and logo storage
Contact details entered in the email signature generator and the generated HTML code are processed locally in the browser and are not stored by PixelShark. If a user selects a logo file for upload, only that image is sent to the server and stored under a public, random HTTPS address. This is required to keep the logo visible after the signature is installed in an email client and in sent messages.
An uploaded logo is retained while the generated signature is in use, until a deletion request is submitted. The address is difficult to guess, but the file is public and can be downloaded by anyone who has the link, so confidential materials must not be uploaded. To request deletion, contact the controller and provide the full file URL.
Purpose and basis for processing
We process data to handle inquiries, prepare an offer, conduct correspondence, ensure website security and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities. The basis for processing is consent, the legitimate interest of the administrator or activities prior to concluding a contract.
Cookies and similar technologies
The website uses local storage and cookies necessary for the website to operate. We only use analytical and marketing technologies after your voluntary consent. Lack of consent or its withdrawal does not limit access to the website content.

We have implemented Google Consent Mode v2. Before selecting user settings analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_user_data i ad_personalization are "denied" and Google Analytics and Google Ads tags are not loaded. After making a choice, we provide a corresponding consent signal.
Management and withdrawal of consent
Consent can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the "Cookie settings" button in the footer or the settings icon in the lower left corner of the page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it. After 180 days, or after a material change to this policy, we will ask you to choose again.
Third Party Providers and Data Transfer
If appropriate consent is given, technical data may be transferred to Google Ireland Limited. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area, using the mechanisms required by the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses. Details can be found in Google's privacy policy.
Data recipients
The data may be processed by hosting providers, CRM systems, analytical tools, postal services and entities supporting the handling of inquiries. The data is not sold to external entities.
User rights
You have the right to access data, rectify, delete, limit processing, transfer data, object and withdraw consent. You also have the right to submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
