Electronic Services Terms
Rules for using PixelShark's free generators and other tools.
1. Service provider
The service provider is IQ CORPORATION P.S.A., 40/1 Narutowicza Street, 90-135 Lodz, Poland, NIP 7252323396, KRS 0000992173, entered in the register maintained by the District Court for Lodz-Srodmiescie in Lodz, 20th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, with share capital of PLN 10.00. Contact: Show email .
2. Scope of services
These Terms apply to free tools provided through pixelshark.eu: data, QR code, barcode and password generators, validators, calculators, WHOIS tools, the email signature generator and public storage of a logo uploaded for a signature. Browsing informational pages or submitting a project enquiry does not create a paid project contract.
3. Technical requirements
Use requires an internet-connected device and a current browser supporting HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, HTTPS and cookies or local storage needed to save preferences. Some functions require JavaScript. The user is responsible for the security of their device and connection.
The main risks include malicious files or links supplied by third parties, phishing, compromise of a device or transmission, and an incorrect result from an automated tool. Reduce these risks by keeping the system and browser updated, using anti-malware protection, verifying the HTTPS address and checking results before use. PixelShark does not install software on the user's device beyond code executed by the browser for the functions described.
4. Formation and termination of the contract
A contract for an individual free service is formed when the user starts using a tool and ends when the result is obtained or the session ends. For a public URL of an uploaded logo, the service continues until the file is removed at the user's request or the feature is discontinued. Paid projects are delivered only under a separately accepted proposal or agreement.
5. Acceptable use
- You must not submit unlawful content, malicious code, data obtained without a legal basis or materials that infringe third-party rights.
- You must not overload the services, bypass safeguards, send automated bulk requests or use the tools for attacks or spam.
- Generator and validator outputs must be checked before production use. They do not constitute legal, tax or other professional advice.
- A user uploading a logo confirms that they have the right to use it and grants the service provider a non-exclusive technical licence to the extent necessary to store and publicly display the file.
6. Logos and other files
A logo is available at a public address that is difficult to guess. Confidential files must not be uploaded. We may reject or remove a file that is dangerous, unlawful, infringes third-party rights or threatens service stability. A removal request should include the full file address and information allowing us to verify the requester's entitlement.
7. Reporting unlawful content
Send a report concerning a file or content to the service provider's contact address. Include the exact URL, a description and reasons for the alleged infringement, your contact details, and a statement that the information is submitted in good faith and is complete. We review reports without undue delay while respecting the rights of both the user and the reporting party. Where we have the uploader's contact details, we inform them of a material decision to restrict or remove content and the reasons for it, unless prohibited by law or security requirements.
8. Availability and liability
The services are maintained with due care but may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, failures, security incidents or circumstances beyond our control. The service provider does not guarantee that an automatically generated result will be suitable for every use. These Terms do not limit consumer rights arising from mandatory law.
9. Complaints
A complaint may be sent by email or to the registered address. It should include the service concerned, the date of the event, a description of the issue and the requested solution. We respond without undue delay and no later than within 14 days, using the contact address provided.
10. Personal data and cookies
The rules for processing personal data and using storage technologies are described in the Privacy Policy. Preferences can be changed at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
11. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be amended for material legal, technical or organisational reasons. A new version applies from its publication date and does not affect acquired rights. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, services started before an amendment remain subject to the version in force when they began.
Version 1.0. Effective from 24 August 2026.
